Amare Fentie is a research officer at Environment and Climate Research Center (ECRC) based at Policy Studies Institute (PSI) in Ethiopia. He holds Msc in Environmental and Resource Economics from University of Gondar. Before joining the center, he has taught undergraduate Economics courses at Debre Birhan University. His research interests and experience focus on the Economics of sustainable energy transition, sustainable agriculture, natural resource regulation and climate change policies.
